Position title
Chief Human Resources Officer
Description

We are looking for a chief human resources officer (CHRO) as a top-level management executive in charge of an organization's employees. The CHRO is responsible for running an organization's human capital management and other HR technology systems.
Increased competition for employee talent has elevated the importance of the HR function in the corporation. The rapid development and adoption of HR software and increased government compliance requirements have also contributed to HR's growing importance.

Responsibilities
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process and partner with the managers on candidate selection
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage the employees development programs and assign needed training to enhance the employees overall engagement and productivity
  • Maintain the reward structure by conducting periodic pay surveys; conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay
  • Manage employees performance process including developing employees objectives and employees evaluation.
  • Ensures compliance with MHRSD laws and regulations
  • Maintain high level HR operational efficiency.
  • Develop and carry forward the HR strategy in line with business needs.
  • Reshape and configure organization for max efficiency and optimal performance.
  • Work closely and develop strong working relationships with all relative parties, providing advice, guidance and coaching on HR issues as appropriate.
  • Handle HSE and ensure highest HSE standards are put into the workplace.
Qualifications
  • BSc in Business Administration, HR or relevant fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Problem solving (Solution-Focused Thinking) and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works easily with various stakeholders of all seniorities, build trusting working relationships
  • Works successfully and productively in a team environment
