Watan, is the first spinning factory in Isfahan, Iran. The company was established in 1925 by two Iranian businessmen, Hadji Fazlollah Dehesh and Hadji Mohammad Hossein Kazaruni. The raw materials of this factory were supplied from Isfahan silk garden. Later, Hadji Ali Akbar Tajer Shirazi and his company in London, was added to this company as a business partner.
About a year later, in August 1926, the spinning part of this factory was opened. The weaving section of the factory still remained, which was gradually installed, and a year later, the news of the opening of the factory was again included in the newspapers.
In October 1931, Watan Factory announced in its advertisement: "It produces the best guardin, overcoat, fantasy, sports and fluffy blankets according to the best European fabrics." At that time, this factory had opened sales centers for its products in the cities of Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad and Rasht.
